Paradise Mechanism

A page from a project I'm tackling this month - adding colours to 26 pages of Dave Hitchcock's glorious ink and pencil work. The strip in question is slated to appear in something rather special - a new digital comic project from 'V For Vendetta' artist David Lloyd. I can confirm that I'm ridiculously excited about being a part of this.

Another panel from my Jikan page - still a work in progress. I'm experimenting with combining the simplistic inking and tones with a bit of light texture (plus I've got to add another figure to this panel yet).

Cerebral Soup

In case you didn't catch it, Paragon #6 is out now, and features this gruesome pin up by yours truly on the back cover. I've tweaked the colours here a bit, but you get the gist. I'm currently working on the front cover of issue 7 too, which hopefully will be out before Christmas.

Demon

A while ago I answered the call for contributors for the next issue of Paragon and agreed to do a one-off illo/pin-up. The brief was simple - 'Demons!' So I've been giving it a good long think and trying to come up with stuff that I hope is genuinely scary. This was the first attempt - I've since produced a full colour scene involving this disgusting chap, but in the end I wasn't satisfied so I've drafted attempt #2 this morning. #2 is closer to what I wanted to achieve, but I thought this figure was worth posting too.
